30 Day Trial Version 3.3

Here at Customer Focus we know that an important part of the decision making process is actually 'touching' and 'feeling' the software before you make any commitment to purchase, that's why we let you download a 30 day Trial Version, which can installed on your Network, and have up to 5 clients connected to it.
The Trial version comes with 'Dummy' data so you can see how the system handles information.

Please bear in mind that your system would look completely different, with your own log on, logo's and terminology.

Customer FOCUS Upgrades

If you are running a version of Customer Focus which is 3.2.002 or before then please click here to access the archive Upgrade list.

Please take care when installing updates, they must be installed in the correct order, if you are on a old version of the software, you may need to perform several updates to take into account database changes, if you are unsure please call 0845 833 7568.

Customer Focus Upgrades are only available to customers who have a up to date MUSA. Please do not install a update if you do not have a current and valid MUSA, as the upgdate requires a new licence key to be entered, please call us on 0845 833 7568, if you wish to take out a MUSA today, and enjoy the benefits of the new versions of the software.

Version 3.2.010

Released Autumn 2007

The upgrade is only available to clients who have taken out a MUSA, please contact our sales team on 0845 833 7544, if you wish to upgrade.

Here are some points about some of the more important changes that have taken pleace in 3.2.010:

• If you have a foreign supplier, you can now store their cost prices for your products in their own currency, e.g. Euro's Dollars
• In Routine set up, there are now lots of options, in terms of creating mandatory fields, and removing options you don't want.
• From the CRM Operations centre you can produce proof approval forms
• Sales orders can now be despatched & invoiced from CRM Operations Centre
• Journal entries can now be set to be recurring
