Add print of bank details when printing Pro Forma - 21/09/2007

Issue:

When you print a pro forma invoice it does not print the bank details at the bottom.

1) Create SO as 'pro forma' invoice
2) Print the SO and also 'Print Invoice'

Bank details (account & sort code) do not print out towards the bottom whereas when you print out a pro forma invoice from Invoicing (3.3.000-160) they print out.

Details:

Changed to print using C&P entry ST92 type ST see help for fields.
