Rather than leave you on your own after the installation and training, we provide a Maintenance, Upgrade & Service Agreement (MUSA).

This is like a insurance policy for the software, should you encounter problems, receive error messages, or need a quick memory jogger, then our experienced support desk is on hand to help.

We think that having a Help Desk for Software Support is important, but we also feel that the main point of the MUSA is that you automatically receive all fixes, upgrades and new versions free of charge.

For example, when Microsoft Windows brought out Vista you had to pay to upgrade from XP to Vista, with our MUSA, upgrades to entire new versions are included.

You will always be using the latest version, with all the new features and benefits that we relaese throughout the year and every year.
