Easylink


Easylink can save all email correspondence, that is sent to a client or received from them, it then stores the email as well any attached documents against the clients record in the database, so your staff just have one place to look for email history.

Auto - Reporting

One of the main reasons for investing in Customer Focus Software are the sophisticated management reports that can be generated. Auto Reporting allows you to set your reports up to be run at specific times and frequencies, these reports can either be printed off, saved to a location on your network, or even attached to an email ready to send.
This means that you no longer need to be running your reports manually, your quote report can be run at 9.30 every Monday morning ready for your sales meeting, or your stock value report can be ready for your warehouse meetings.


BVXL Reporting                                               

BVXL Reporting is a exciting new product that gives you massive reporting power, you can set up any report you want in Customer Focus and BVXL displays this in graphical format in Microsoft Excel, this information is then saved, so as information changes in your Customer Focus, the next time you open the report, the figures are accurate.

It seems an obvious statement. A business that has a good management and financial information system is far more likely to succeed than one that does not. Unfortunately most businesses have a lot of data but cannot transform the data into useful information quickly and easily.

Pay-Portal

If you have a credit card processing machine in your office, that your staff have to constantly get up to take new payments, then pay-portal can solve this problem, by allowing the user to process the clients details securely from their Customer Focus system. Accounts users can also use this feature to quickly pay outstanding invoices from the customer remittances section
