EasyLink E-Mail Capture

Easylink is an easy to use program that makes sure that all emails either sent to or received from a client or a supplier are recorded back into Customer Focus. It can also post an entry into the diary for the time and date sent with a link to view the email and any attachments!

Easylink can be used with Outlook, Exchange, Groupwise, Netscape, Lotus or any other e-mail system using an SMTP gateway. It will store e-mail content as well as any relevant attachments (up to 4) and in a dedicated folder and stores the file path on the contact record for easy access.

As well as the significant saving in time and the need to copy other reciprients, Easylink has a serious legal use.
