Here at Customer Focus we know that an important part of the decision making process is actually 'touching' and 'feeling' the software before you make any commitment to purchase, that's why we let you download a 30 day Trial Version, which can installed on your Network, and have up to 5 clients connected to it.
The Trial version comes with 'Dummy' data so you can see how the system handles information.
Please bear in mind that your system would look completely different, with your own log on, logo's and terminology.

Here are some points about some of the more important changes that have taken pleace in 3.2.010:
If you have a foreign supplier, you can now store their cost prices for your products in their own currency, e.g. Euro's, Dollars
In Routine set up, there are now lots of options, in terms of creating mandatory fields, and removing options you don't want
From the CRM Operations centre you can produce proof approval forms
Sales orders can now be despatched & invoiced from CRM Operations Centre

Please apply the upgrade to your 'server' and ensure that all users are logged out before commencing.
To apply this upgrade the prerequisite is an existing and operational Focus 3.3.004 installation. If your Customer Focus system is NOT currently running ver 3.3.004, please follow the links elsewhere on this page to apply the appropriate number of upgrades to first migrate to 3.3.004.
Before any upgrade is applied, it is essential that a backup is taken of the Customer Focus installation and this must include the 'bin' and 'data' folders.
It is also important to be aware of the folder that your current installation has been installed to. The default setting is C:\CusFocus. However, your installation may differ and it is vital this is carefully identified. The 3.3.006 upgrade will attempt to update an existing instance of Customer Focus. If this not be completed correctly, the 'upgrade' will install a 'new and fresh' installation and NOT upgrade your existing installation.
If you have correctly selected your existing installation folder, you will see the following confirmation.
The upgrade process will proceed and return to your desktop. Run your copy of Focus from the desktop icon on the server and allow the upgrade process to complete. Having completed this final but essential stage it is then possible to allow other users to logon and this will initiate an upgrade on each client installation.
